I couldn’t have asked for better service. The environment of the clinic was excellent. The treatment I received from Emily was exceptional. I was walked through everything clearly and after following the treatment plan I’ve never felt better. This is my Physio practice from now on.
A big thanks to Kelly for providing two emergency treatments while I was holiday- helped to reduce my pain and gave excellent therapeutic advice and exercises.The receptionists were kind and friendly too and rooms bright, modern and sparkling clean.
Great treatment for my back. The physio was great.
I phoned and asked for a massage, I was told it was a Physio but presumed it was for a massage as I had asked. The Physio was obviously assessing me, I kept saying I wanted a massage. I had to pay later as they didn’t have facilities to pay via the phone. When I got home I realized I had paid for a Physio consult. I rang and complained and was told it had been explained to me. It had not, I wanted a massage. I was told I would be sent the Manager’s email, I wasn’t, I rang again and was told again it wold be sent to me, it wasn’t. As well I was given a worst case scenario diagnosis which was wrong. My GP also a physio you should not attempt to diagnose immediately after an acute injury. I am appalled they didn’t book me a massage as I wanted, then said I was advised which I wasn’t, then refusing to give me theManager’s details, plus misdiagnosis
Great Pilates classes and physio treatment.
I found one of the physio's to be a little careless, deciding to dry needle my shoulder which has had chronic issues for a long time. Post dry needling I had pain in my shoulder/arm and decided to visit the doctors, the doctor advised that it was likely the physio had damaged my Ulna nerve. My shoulder/neck is now worse than when I initially visited the physio. Frustrating experience.
Excellent physio session with Stephen. Best muscle release I’ve had in ages & fitted me in with short notice.
