Since moving up to Auckland to pursue my boxing career only recently I have fallen in perfectly here at the Physio-logic family. Their support and help for myself has been second to none. I have worked with a few physios in my time and for me the guys I've been seeing here at Physio Logic are the best. I appreciate all the work that Theo, Cindy and Ryan have put into me to ensure I'm at my best physical and mental condition heading into fights. From acupuncture to mobility work and strength work only to name a few, these guys have a wide range of knowledge and have everything you would be looking for in a Physio. So for anyone out there struggling to find a Physio where you feel comfortable and welcomed I highly recommend the team here at Physio-Logic, they will certainly take good care of yah.

I first heard about Physio-Logic through friends who've had rehabilitation based recovery. Physio-Logic also deals with Professional Athlete's from NZ such as MMA Fighters, Club and Provincial as well as our National Rugby Team.  I've had multiple work related and recreational injuries that required Physiotherapy treatment and have made full recoveries in each and every one of my accidents.  I was seen to by different therapists within Physio-Logic and was treated by all of them with the highest level of ability and professionalism.  I will no doubt see them again when I get into my next extreme sporting related accident hopefully not anytime soon!! and should you unfortunately have an incident yourself, I highly recommend you see them too!!  Thanks to the team at Physio-Logic for my full and complete recovery!!

I started going to see Gabe at Physio Logic after being out of commission for 2+ years with 2x slipped discs. Booked in with Gabe about 6 months post back surgery and I had very little expectations of where I was going to get to, with the very real possibility of further surgery if I didn't get my back sorted. After about 6 months of seeing Gabe, my back is the best it has been in a long time and through his guidance my core strength has increased hugely, to the point where I have finally been able to get back in to the gym and am back full time training. Cannot recommend Physio Logic enough, a holistic approach to health and great people

The team at Physio-Logic have been amazing for my knee injury. My physiotherapist, Lily, has made such a big difference to my recovery and helped me build strength as well. She is so friendly, knows her stuff and great to work with as well. Thanks, Physio-Logic :
