Absolutely Amazing! Cannot recommend Quentin at Physio-Logic enough for his his help and work. Working through a minor back break, he has helped tenfold with my mobility and confidence to get back up and running again.
Wouldn’t know how the therapists are because they booked me in, I waited for my appointment and it wasn’t until five minutes into my slot that someone called me to say that no one was even at the clinic and they had mis-scheduled me. They didn’t apologize, just blamed the therapist for not being clear on their where abouts. Not great when you are in pain and take time off work to get some help.
The physics were great with my son, explaining injury prevention and exercises to strengthen muscles for his football. No waiting as appt was spot on time
I messaged the Instagram page in desperation at a ridiculous time of day only to be accommodated with an appointment the very next day @7am Quentin has been helping me with my back injury the past couple of weeks - slowly but surely we are getting there! His knowledge and realistic approach to my injury has been second to none, taking into consideration my work, home life etc - something my previous physio never took into account. If you are looking for a physio check the team out, you won’t be disappointed. Bonus - they have more than 1 location.
Since moving up to Auckland to pursue my boxing career I have fallen in perfectly here at the Physio-logic family. Their support and help for myself has been second to none. I have worked with a few physios in my time and for me the guys I've been seeing here at Physio Logic are one of if not the best I've worked with. I appreciate all the work that Theo, Cindy and Ryan have put into me to ensure I'm at my best physical and mental condition heading into fights. From acupuncture to mobility work and strength work only to name a few, these guys have a wide range of knowledge and have everything you would be looking for in a Physio. So for anyone out there struggling to find a Physio where you feel comfortable and welcomed I highly recommend the team here at Physio-Logic, they will certainly take good care of yah.
I got quite painful hip problems while training for a trail half marathon and saw Ryan for a couple of sessions. After identifying the cause he found a great balance for me of managing the pain through strengthening and dry needling while carefully maintaining training. In my opinion a perfect combination of both rehab and performance focused approach. After all, I was able to run even better than expected and most importantly to become stronger and pain free. Would highly recommend!
Celia is hands down the best physio I've seen unfortunately I've seen a lot. She's great with helping with pain management and her exercises and advice has helped me to rehabilitate an old back injury. This is the first time in years I haven't been in constant pain. I've recommended her to more than one friend as I highly rate her. She's awesome.
Saw Ryan this week for a tight shoulder/bicep and after 40 mins of pressure and needling I was able to take a rest day and get back to training with far less tightness and minimal pain!!! Incredible job Ryan, see you again next week to keep me injury free
Epic! Ryan is amazingly good, torn disc in lower spine & he aided in sciatic pain relief & rehab. P.s his knowledge of climbing injuries & rehab is also on point!
Had an amazing acupuncture session with cindy. I was suffering from on going neck and shoulder pain but every session with cindy relieved alot of my pain. Clinic is at great location in Central, all the staffs are friendly. Acupuncture is highly recommended!
