Both of my children have just recently completed Term 3 KidsFit and LOVED it! They enjoyed getting to know the trainers and building “muscles” they didn’t know they had :
Great Gym with lots of state-of-the-art equipment with lots of young and friendly staff.
A great gym and community. Amazing line up of equipment to use and 24 hour access. Group classes or individual PT if you wish. The trainers are fantastic. The best thing i enjoy is the community. Everyone is friendly, encouraging and social. Do yourself a favour, drop in and test what fun can be had at a gym. You don’t have to just lift weights, there are many options to improve your health no matter what age.
We've been going to Physical Fix almost daily for the past 6 months and it's been awesome. The staff there are the best around and the quality of machines are second to none. Can't fault the place at all. Keep up the great work guys
Honestly the best centre for wellness. Not only physically but mentally and socially too! Physical Fix provided an amazing community environment and the trainers worked endless hours to provide brilliant classes/sessions. Thank you Physical Fix!!
Physical fix is an amazing gym and a great place to workout. Great staff who are accommodating to all fitness levels and members who are fun and energetic and very welcoming.
