I ordered from the website. My order number was 148579 and a couple of the items I ordered were out of stock. I rang a total of three times. The first time I was given options for replace items and was told that my order would be update, but I didn't receive any updates. After 24 hours I rang again and spoke to another person and they said they would ring me back after they spoke to the first person I spoke to. I didn't receive a call or update for a few more hours. So I thought I'd try my luck one more time to see what was going on before canceling the order.nnThat's when I spoke to Salvatore who was incredible. He not only replaced my items straight away but I also received the updated invoice which I confirmed right away.nnThank you Salvatore for helping me find the items I needed.
I had a fantastic experience with this online store! The website is super easy to navigate, making the entire shopping process smooth and stress-free. I had no trouble finding what I needed. I highly recommend this site for anyone looking for a hassle-free shopping experience with great delivery times!
Awesome online experience with Photogear. Great prices so ordered a special lens hood for a Tamron 150-600mm lens. The part was unfortunately out of stock. I was offered the opportunity to buy something else or wait for part from the supplier.nOpted to wait and as soon as it became available, it was on its way and well packed.nThanks again for a great deal, a highly recommended photography outlet.
Always friendly and really easy to deal with. Not only their prices are competitive, i always feel confident purchasing from them because quality is guaranteed. Bought my Ricoh gr3, batteries, films…etc from them and communication has always been top notch
This is the best place to buy camera gear in NZ. I've been to many other camera stores, but frankly, staff aren't as knowledgeable or friendly as these guys. Doesn't matter what i'm buying, these guys always try their best to facilitate my picky requirements and do it with a smile.nnMy step up ring got stuck in the filter, and the manager who's always running around doing things stopped and cut the step up ring out for me. He really didn't have to do that, but it just shows that they really care about the customers, and are willing to go the extra mile.nnAs someone who watches every dollar spent, I'm aware of the fact that it's a bit higher compared to some online stores, but the customer service and the product support makes it worth spending the extra money and keeps me as a returning customer. Definitely recommend this store for all your photographic needs.
