Ltd. are accredited Building Surveyors, offering exceptional customer service and expert technical advice and assistance in the field of building regulation compliance and project management. Our business is founded in over forty (40) years of construction and regulatory experience.


Our aim is to ensure that our clients, from every sector of the property and construction industry are able to benefit from our personalised approach which aligns with our client’s objectives.

Whilst our strategic location within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney has made us one of the most utilised Building Regulation companies in Sydney’s east and the Central Business District, we also provide building surveying services throughout Australia.
