Crispy pork and meat quality in pho is good. However I am not a fan of the premium broth, it has a strong herbal flavour that tastes like Chinese medicine. And those expensive bowls of pho are just normal pho with lots of meat and bone marrow. I don’t think that much meat makes the pho taste any better, which makes me think the balance among meat, noodles and broth might be more important than the huge amount of meat. Also quite a lot side dishes and drinks on their menus are not available.
So far the best pho I have ever had in Brisbane!! The premium broth definitely deserves the name as it has that special meaty beefy taste to it. The chicken salad is best with heaps of hoisin sauce on top!
Came from Sydney after seeing Leighton’s vlogs on YouTube and tried the DB9, $120. They weren’t kidding when they said the bone marrow is GIGANTIC. Pho has a beef sweetness I’ve not tasted before and Pho is a regular in our household. 10/10 would go again. Tip to owner: suggestion to add pickled onions as a side for the DB9. Would have been nice to have something acidic to cut the decadent soup. But my god it was life changing. An absolute MUST TRY.
Premium pho place in brisbane. Cracking pho is cold. Ordered the best seller dac viet 6 and pho dac viet 2 luxury which is fantastic. Very generous portion as well. Deco is ok only. Waiter is nice but don’t understand English very well. Beef is fantastic though. Generally recommend but definately a place to come for the pho.
Absolutely sensational pho restaurant!! We had the premium Pho which was packed with flavour. Bone marrow for my partner and rare beef for me. Generous serving of meat - I added Chinese greens. Will definitely recommend. BYO as well.
Do your self a favour and only go for the "Premium" meat broth version only. It was absolutely delicious. I know my go-to place for Pho nows.

One of the best pho in Brisbane! Been searchin around considering we moved from Melbourne and this did not dissapoint. We tried both the normal and premium broth and if you are willing to go here, then you must get the premium broth. Tasty and very umami! Meat was tender and perfect! The normal broth was good but for the price, it needed to be extra normal. Will give it a 5 star but like everyone, we find it a bit expensive. The flavors can justify it though but still expensive for a bow of pho.
Great place to grab some pho. Offers a wide variety of options including vegan pho. Bun bo hue soup is amazing and their premium broth is a must try. Parking is along street and behind the building.
Good pho and very nice pork bun! The soup base is overrated by their advertisement, it does still taste very nice but not that much different to other good pho places. Pretty pricy as a lunch for two people nearly $90.
