Went here with my niece, cousin and her newborn. Staff were very accomodating that we had a pram. The food was the same, it was great and hits the spot as comfort food. But since the renovations with Market Square, they lost a few table space and we were seated by the corridor. It was fine but out of view of the wait staff which meant that our orders were sometimes forgotten and it was harder to get their attention as well.

I am giving them 5 stars because I am realistic with my expectations. The service here can be awkward sometimes (i have been here many) but they are always prompt. To expect more seems unfair because their prices are beyond reasonable and the portions are beyond generous. The quality is outstanding and this place is always full of locals. It's like the best of Vietnam in the heart of Sunnybank at the price of loose change. If you want to indulge in broth so moreish that you forget how full you are half way through your bowl, only to later realise you can't even stand up but you dont even care because you feel like you just died and went to Vietnamese heaven, then this is where you find it!

Great authentic taste,this is my all time favourite Vietnamese restaurant . While I never had any issue with the service ( been there over 10+ times ) I see that people have complained about it on this platform. The staff might not be the friendliest but they will attend to you on time and meals never took over 15 min to be served . Their business plan is to serve you quick delicious food and get the next customer in . This is obvious from the layout of the shop . If you want to be pampered then Yes, I wouldn't recommend going there. If you want great authentic Vietnamese food than this is the place. I don't understand how people give them 1 star based on "poor "service that is not even based on how quickly you were attended to or served.

The food was mediocre and the service they provided was absolutely below than expected. The older lady waitress was extremely rude. There was basically no service given. Would not ever go back to this restaurant.

The food tasted AMAZING. We were so happy about the food we received. However, their service and staff are beyond terrible. They told us we cant eat because we had a puppy. (she is a small sized toy poodle and is very friendly) our dog posed no threat but we were mistreated and told to leave although we were sitting outside. There were no signs of "no dogs allowed" and we told them that but to receive an attitude throughout our visit. Yummy food, horrible experience.
