Phillip Gao photography is a fraud establishment, not recommended.  

My wedding was almost 4 months ago and I have yet to receive my photos despite full pre-payment prior to the day. I was forced to pay weeks ahead of time and was chased for a 5% surcharge fee for using my credit card.  

Phillip is not a professional photographer and owes me my photos and my money.
