Amanda was amazing to deal with in regards my large family group booking of 23 of the 24 rooms.nnWe love the Philadelphia hotel and have hosted family gatherings a dozen times over the last 40 years. The upgrades to the rooms are a nice change.nnThanks for having us all! Sorry for the noise.
Far and away the cleanest motor inn I've ever seen. The rooms were spotless and, for a motel, well appointed. The beds were great, good sized TV with Google TV, efficient, quiet AC, large, clean bathroom. Well done to the owners, your care is evident.
I spent the night at Philadelphia Motel, the rooms were very clean and tidy.nI have stayed here before and would highly recommend you staying here when next visiting Echuca.nThe staff members were extremely helpful and friendly.nGreat value, great rooms.nWill definitely be back.
We’ve stayed a couple of times here before and was wanting to book here again so we rang up and spoke to Amanda who quoted us $145 a night for 2 nights, we then found it on a booking website for $15 cheaper and sent screenshot proof to Amanda who then argued it was not correct. On principal of the matter being only $15 difference and Amanda’s attitude she obviously didn’t care that she has now lost the whole booking for an off peak booking..will never be going here again! So much for keeping your customers!nnIn response to motel:nnNo u did not offer $15 per night discount!nU said $300 for 2 nights and the best u could do was $290. If it was the discount u are saying here it would b $270.nI even sent u a screenshot showing u $275 on booking.com which u said was too cheap so how can u lie on here and say u were offering me $15 per night discount?
Stayed there for the 1st time over Easter. Nice rooms and great service. Will definitely stay again
