I rolled in to have my laptop looked at. Straight away Phil was happy to open it up and have a look. He took the time to run me through all of my options of what I could do and the associated costs, with plenty of useful IT tips and insights along the way. Would recommend!
Phil was quick to help us out, a number of times. he was quick to diagnose our problem. his prices are fair. he also taught us a lot on techno things. we were without our laptop for only 24 hours.
Phil was really helpful. He was calm n straight to the point. No sugar coating. I had a major problem with my emails. He worked it out within half hour n fixed it. So greatful because I had very important emails I needed to see. Would recommend him without a doubt. N cheap too. But the service isn't.
Very professional service, and while it took a little longer than expected, the PC was in quite a state. I obtained a bunch of knowledge, and know to pick my CPU more carefully in the future to ensure that it is compatible. Thanks for your help, I will use your service again.
Absolutely terrible service, DO NOT GO HERE…. The owner is rude and arrogant and disrespectful. Worst mistake going to Phil’ll fix it !!
