I have only good things to say about this pharmacy. My family have some complicated medical issues requiring many medications. Alex & Carlie are super helpful & go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. I've recently started using the app to order and it works a treat, medications are ready and waiting for me to collect usually same day. You're doing a great job ladies!!

The ladies here were really helpful. I was driving a friend from dental surgery and we had over an hour to go to get home. We'd already stopped in elsewhere for instant ice packs but they weren't working. So we stopped in here to buy new ones and the ladies behind the counter were really nice and showed me how to activate the ones I already had. I really appreciated how they went out of the way to give me a hand rather than just letting me buy more. It had already been a stressful day and that help was deeply appreciated. Been living across the road from this pharmacy for 20 years. Always had good service and Phil went out of his way to get items in for me or fill scripts while waiting for a doctor's appointment to get new ones. When my husband went up there today, he found out that Phil had sold the business. So sad to hear that. Thanks, Phil, for being so kind and helpful to Tony and I over the years. Linda Behan
According to this pharmacist being busy excuses manners. Just went in to fill some scripts and wasn’t acknowledged at all, just stuck his hands out for the scripts and when I made a request for the script he was just dismissive. Such a shame that the busier they are here the less interested they are in customers - considering it’s a customer centred job.
I am a local wildlife carer and just went in to fill a script for wildlife affected by the recent fires. Phil was awesome and kindly filled my script for me as his way of helping. Massive thank you mate your contribution will definitely help save the lives of these poor animals.
RUDE! I went in and was ignored completely until I went up to the counter. The lady looked at me and put her hand out for the item I was holding, still not making eye contact with a sour look on her face. I said I actually had a question and she looked past me out the window while I spoke. Not only did she not help me but the guy behind the counter was rude too. For a small store you think they would want people coming here and spending money. It is so much more expensive and I would rather drive out of my way to a Chemist Warehouse than deal with people like this again.
