The pharmacists, Darshan and David, are wonderful. They are so kind, always ready to offer information and advice, manage our prescriptions via SMS, and they remember who I am! The previous owners were so rude that I had to stop going there. Really happy these guys took over.
I’ve had a few health issues recently, which has meant a lot of trips to the chemist — and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The team consistently goes above and beyond with their advice and product recommendations. Every staff member has been genuinely helpful, David in particular always offers thorough, encouraging guidance, I feel very listened to and know he’s advising best to his knowledge. He is an asset to the business.nnIt’s about time we had a pharmacy in town where the staff truly care.

One of the worst experiences I have had in any store to date. As a frequent priceline customer I have always enjoyed the experience of shopping here, as I like to take my time browsing as would most. However, today I was followed by a staff member throughout the store and made to feel so uncomfortable. Due to this I decided to finish shopping early and go to the checkout, this same staff member then ran to serve me over another staff member who was already at the till, they then smugly asked to search my bag, I understand store protocols, but this was beyond that they were incredibly rude! I believe their name was Triss.
