Very pleasant staff, the compounding scripts were done quickly. Very well stocked chemist. Shop nicely laid out.
Cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough! They went out of their way to ensure my son got his compound medication post surgery. A number of other pharmacy's in the Mandurah area said it would take days. Professional & amazing service, thank you 777 Mandurah!
Cute little boutique pharmacy, open a decent amount of hours. Prices are a little higher than other chemists and the range is limited but the customer service is great. :
I have been a part of 7x3 pharmacy for the past 8 yrs and have always enjoyed the friendly helpful staff and the owner Peta but my experiences of the past 12 mths have changed wed- Sun the parmacist Joseph has a mighty chip on his sholulders 777 is an addiction specialist chemist where all lively character s are well known and sometimes are known to fall short of money and Pets has always accommodated those who honour there commitments personally i have sometimes had no money but never over $30-40 paid as quickly as my brain will remember, im 60 next year and am raising too very lively grandchildren fulltime and Peta realises I get forgetful with the pressurizedlife but Joseph has a heart of stone and a negative 5 * rating for duty of care i have had him raise his voice at me for no reason and he told me I had no repeats left on a medication that has withdrawls if abruptly stopped and he said i had no repeats without notice and i believed he was wrobg thats when he told me to get out of his chemist and that i only cause trouble well, it took a week to get doc apptmt so for a week i went without believing this horrid man so after doc consult I took my script in this time Peta serves me and she informs me i had 1 repeat left and that i had no need to go without well i was gobsmacked and feeling sore due to nod meds and today I dont owe anything and i have an arrangemebt now to minus my debit card everypayday im outstanding but Joseph refused to let me get a inhaler and preventative as i ran out and i have emphasemia and had a collapsed lung and he refused to give credit for 2 got t subsidised script for $14.00nnTHIS IS OUTRIGHT DISGUSTING DUTY OF CARE its honestly apalling to be treated like ur a second rate citizennI will be leaving 777 now as I dont need to be upset if I go to a chemist wed-sun I should be treated with respect as you would from anyone working in this sectornI will miss Lisa and Judy and Peta and the work they put in to accomodating my families med and i appreciate you allnLISA love ya you are amazing!! I will be makibg a complaint to the medical board bu only concerning the pharmacist JOSEPH and in no way do I make complaint against the actual chemist but the personnAND ITS THE BLACKNESS OF UR HEART THAT LEADS ME HERE NOT THE COLOUR OF UR SKIN?
Good service n the the staff are nice also
