Amazing service from 777 Mandurah today. Elderly parents requiring medication this afternoon. Lovely Pharmacist called me, sourced the medication and arranged delivery this evening to their house. I called late this afternoon, emailed their scrips through and medication has been delivered this evening. A secure link was sent to me for payment. The staff went over and above. What a beautifully run pharmacy. The Mandurah community are very fortunate. Thankyou Mandurah 777.
Booked a vaccine shot, turned up on time, waited 15, asked when I could expect service, got waffle and some blame for an answer but no timing so I left, without a vaccination.nRather angry about the experience.
Very easy and great service friendly staff always there to assist
I shop at Pharmacy 777 as I'm a HBF member. Recently, my past 5-6 visits, the staff advise the HBF system doesn't work, meaning I have to pay full price for medication. Rather than paying the gap right there and then. Since this has happened several times, I see this as unprofessional as they are refusing to fix this issue. I've also submitted feedback on the website with no response. Other Pharmacy 777 have no issues. Maybe the staff at Mandurah just need to be trained correctly.
Used to be a good pharmacy but peta was great, friendly as well. Its doom n gloom
