Hugh is an absolute legend, we got there as they were closing and about to turn the lights off and lock the door, but he asked if we need anything, and my partner who suffers from HG during pregnancy had just run out of her anti nausea and vomit tablets, and he was able to get us the tablets 5 minutes after they closed. He is very helpful and just a great guy. So happy with the service, I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

A misunderstanding on my part, by not making a correct enquiry. Was quickly rectified and my confidence was restored and problem in regards to a post I had made concerning my tablets, by a quietly confident and courteous owner by the name I think was Hu. Conflict arose through misunderstanding, understanding and wisdom on his part brought resolution. I wholeheartedly withdraw my negative comments. His youth showed to me, that being old, is not necessarily......being wise.
The team at the pharmacy are always kind and helpful. This time I’d especially like to thank Fady for your help with the treatment of our daughter’s eczema. It meant a lot to us at a time when we felt we had run out of options. The eczema went away within days and our daughter is super happy!
I was served by John who was so wonderful and helpful. I burnt my tongue really bad and he suggested a cream over the phone and had it waiting for me when I arrived. He also checked my tongue to make sure it wasn’t too server. Suggested a couple of other things to do and how often to use the cream etc.John the pharmacist was so lovely and friendly with so much patience. Beautiful customer service.nThank you again much.nDee.
