What a fantastic pharmacy. I needed an urgent script filled for my sick son. My GP called and they filled it with no questions asked. Michael was so busy with so many other people waiting for scripts and was so lovely to each of them who were waiting. He apologised for any delays he was so busy so not his fault and was just so kind. It’s also so great that they are open til late, giving peace of mind knowing I can pick up anything if needed for my family.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was very thankful and appreciated the store being open at 1am on Monday morning 24hrs when I needed urgent assistance! Pharmacist and staff/security there were amazingly helpful and kind at such a late hour . Thankyou so much .
Sadly I’ve been let down by this pharmacy. I purchased a rat test kit the day before the concession came in and one of the staff told me I could return for a refund the next day. I went back today and they refused. The young woman and her manager laughed at me when I said you’ve lost customer. Very unprofessional. Could not believe they wouldn’t honour what I was told and to be laughed at with the next customer !!!!!
