Excellent customer service. Very happy with the lovely young girl who went searching for a fish tank that I saw online but wasn't on a shelf. She went to the back and came out with the exact one.
Petstock has the best rewards system for repeated purchases, making even their premium dog food range more affordable. Online support team are great and will always have a solution if there are any issues. Picking up online orders is easy.
Used the self dog wash. Had 2 dogs to wash so 1 in each. Have used similar multiple times. One was filthy, with a variety of different dog hair so not just the last person did not clean after themselves.nNeither machine would take notes so went inside to get coins and was offered a token instead, All good. 4 staff standing behind the counter talking and when I pointed out the poor condition was no interest or even an apology.nBut it gets better, 2 dogs, 1 in each side, when the water was on in right, virtually no water power on the left.nAND THEN, went to dry them only 2 realise no hose on the right one for the dryer.nSERIOUSLY POOR.
Thankyou Matt for your excellent service. All the staff are so grateful and have a great range of pet accessories for my cats particularly cat harnesses....I find I'm able to shop chihuahua dog harness to fit my Kitty's
Generally I'm a Petstock regular...however for months now, the groom room has been closed. My dog likes his groomer who charges me $18 for a nail clip. Same building different door, the Vet charges $25! Eagerly awaiting our friendly nail clippers return!
