What’s going on with those poor cats? The area is too small for two growing cats. They have been there for so long. It’s downright sad and cruel!nOh and absolutely NO water available for them.nI couldn’t believe it. I informed the staff at the counter but they were not too concerned. Enough staff on but obviously too busy to check on the cat’s welfare.nHow can a pet store not be aware their animals do not have water available???nSurely the store can use one of the many water contraptions so the cats have a ready supply of water. What about food? One little dish for two cats. I’m appalled!!!!nPet shops should NOT be selling animals.nPet Stock…sort this out or someone will take this further.nYou are not providing basic requirements for your caged animals.nDisgraceful!
Lucy and Caitlyn are just wonderful! They do an absolutely brilliant job with their grooming and are so gentle with the dogs - my dog Honeybee is so comfortable with them. I simply wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else to be groomed. Thank you, Lucy & Caitlyn! x
I have been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them including offering to carry goods to your car. Their rewards program is brilliant and saves me dollars as I purchase nothing, but the best for my furbabies. I have recommended many to Petstock Lilydale and they too are very happy with service and product availability.
Pet supplies & vet.nFriendly staff & lovely vet. Expensive but worth it as my dog is my best mate.
Went in for worming tablets for my puppy and to exchange something as well and the girls behind the counter were amazing and so helpful, explained to me what I needed and really made my experience there really good plus my puppy got lots and lots of attention
