Beck is a horrible worker she’s extremely rude. She misses simple manners. I purchased critters comforts substrate from the reptile section was NOT happy with it at all made my pet sneeze multiple times under 10 minutes. DO NOT buy anything from this store it is not safe for your pet and a waste of time and money they will not give you a refund and are happy too break consumer policies .Beck clearly had no clue about reptile care whatsoever and needs a lot of training or a new job. If I could give 0 stars I would.
My wife and I have been going to the Clayfield store over the past 5 years. I always bring my English bulldog in to say hi and they love him. Bec and the team do a fantastic job and we always feel welcome.
Petstock Clayfield continues to impress with the range and quality of products available and their friendly efficient knowledgable service. Parking is easy and the value is always there. Highly recommended.

Easy to get to store Good discounts when there on Staff are friendly I buy my dog biscuits from here Good dog wash under used so when your dog needs a bath head to Clayfield Petstock
Lovely staff helped me find what I needed right away, and even gave me some extra tips I hadn't considered. Parking leaves a lot to be desired so make sure you keep that in mind. Obvs not anything to do with the store, but just an fyi.
I've received good service here on a few occasions. Actually stocks shell grit, for any bird owners who are looking! Especially good seeing as I can't seem to find it anywhere else lately.

Went in there to find a soft Kong collar for my dog, decided not to mention I work at petbarn & have professionally worked with animals for over 5 years. I was treated so poorly by the grumpy old lady, she didn’t help me at all, just kept insisting I was wrong even though she didn’t ask ANY details about my animal or what/why I needed it. She treated me like I was absolutely clueless even though I was asking all the right questions. She also couldn’t even tell me where to get a plastic cone from other than a vet there are plenty of other places you can purchase them from. Very uninformed and rude.
Rude and expensive. No care that product harmed my pet.
