Omg our dogs love shopping here, the staff our even more gorgeous on the inside than the out, and believe me, that's an achievement. We sorted our 4 pawed girl, found she had two coats, we had that grown up talk about sorting her sanitary needs, and our boy loves his toys and treats!
Upon first visit I joined for free and became a member. This allows 15% discount provided you purchase over a certain amount. I absolutely love buying my puppy his Possum dogmeat I researched and found this discount makes it the cheapest place to buy Possum dog roll period as I purchase five rolls at a time. I have also bought other items, trialled biscuits for my puppy and he loves it. It's also great as there are promos and can get free samples. A big thumbs up for me.

Love this store & the staff are super helpful. There is loads of different varieties of petfoods in store, grooming essentials, you can personalize colar name tags. There a loyalty system that allows you to save and get points to go towards your next purchases. There's grooming on site.

Such helpful staff, they go out of their way to look after you. Even took some fish that I didn't want anymore and I didn't even buy them there. I will do all the pet shopping I can at this store now, and highly recommend them to others. Thank you guys and gals at PETstock, you rock !

Nice staff.. abit pricey but lots of products
Staff are amazing, I had 2 toddlers and a puppy, toddlers broke something rather expensive the girls were so nice, and helpful. One of them distracted the kids while the other helped me pick out what I needed.. truly appreciated it
