The customer service of this business is absolutely appalling. I purchased a few products, the online store seemed legit and the process was super easy. On their website and social media outlets, they claim to have a call center operating every day, and an email address to contact for any questions. They also claim to send you a notice when your order is sent for delivering with tracking information. None of this was true. After waiting weeks for my order, it had not arrived in the post and I had not been sent any delivery/tracking information. So, naturally I enquired about my order and asked when I could expect delivery. Multiple unanswered phone calls, multiple unanswered phone messages and multiple unanswered emails over the course of a week or more. I seriously began to worry I was a victim of a scam. I finally found an alternative email to contact after sifting through their website. I again sent another email asking about by order and complaining about my experience so far - NO RESPONSE. No one called me or emailed me back with any explanation, all I received was a receipt of refund the next day. What a joke! Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had - customer service was NONEXISTENT! Here is hoping my story will make people think twice before trying to purchase anything from this company, and avoid waiting for an order that will never come, and being totally misled and ignored. Absolute waste of time. And I am still waiting for my money to transfer back into my account...
