AMAZING!!! my Guinea pigs always go here for holiday care when I'm away. Staff is friendly & super helpful.  Gizmo says although his brother Mike has crossed the rainbow bridge he still loves visiting his home away from home

Staff here are passionate and consistently friendly and happy to answer questions and share knowledge every time I’ve been here.  Even when they know I am not there to purchase anything they still go above and beyond to provide good service and education when I ask about my aquarium.  I also a want to add that all of the fish look so healthy and happy - especially the bettas that they rotate in the big tanks - not keeping them in tiny jars like most other stores. :

My rabbits Luci & Az have been having holidays at the Pets Wonderland hotel for over five years. The girls are wonderful and they completely spoil the buns. When I pick the buns up, they are so happy & content, I know they have been well looked after. It’s also conveniently located for me to drop off & pick up. Highly recommend them as bunny boarders.

It is a small pet store but they have a lot of products available for fish and birds. They do have some products for cats and dogs but not many. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Scoped several pet shops across Melbourne. Knowledge straight off the bat and helped a complete newbie make a decision on an aquarium. Ended up with a lovely set-up and the confidence to get started. Great advice on how to proceed, hugely assuring and very supportive. Offered to come back for help with anything at all. This is a genuine pet shop with the know how and knowledge, not just a shop that sells pet stuff.

The gals at Pets Wonderland are the best, they make you feel comfortable and welcome my dog every time we visit. Responsive and knowledgable, with a range large enough to cater to my cat and dogs needs. They have helped me with  seasonal coats for the dog, advice about flea treatments for the cat and dog,  cleaning products to assist when house training and treats - all at prices comparable or lower than the alleged dicount pet big box super stores.  I would recommend this local independant business, operated by a team of delightful people.  My dog rates this store 5 licks.

As a person who loves Beta Fish, the shop has so many others that I can consider. This red one is 1st one of the 3 which I choose immediately due to the action of it.  Especially, Thanks to my beta fish, I'm not feeling too lonely in my room. Even though I have gone back to my country already, after the exchange program student from Vietnam,  they are all still good and healthy till now with their new owner.

I had a wonderful experience with Pets Wonderland! My Eclectus parrot boarded with them for a week and he was looked after so well. When I picked him up, the owner spent time talking to me about their diet and how to care for my parrot. They were so friendly and helpful. So thankful to have come across them and look forward to many returns

Always amazing service even when rushed off their feet.  Helpful caring and just honest people who love animals. I mean come on even the kittens are from foster homes!  Gotta love that
