After trying different vets in the area. I finally found a clinic that they actually care about my pet and spend time and energy. Never charge you with hidden costs.

I went there with my dog to buy some toys & treats. Shawn and Bonnie  staff were so friendly and welcoming. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Great little place with a variety of pet products. Definitely worthwhile paying a visit.

I went in today 22nd Feb, to buy my puppy some new clothing getting ready for winter, and my little dog was attacked by the owners dog without provocation she was just sitting next to me when she was attacked by the cocker spaniel. the dog did not stop even when mine was yelping! it was horrific. she is now traumatised and does not want to be put on the ground, she is so scared. a dog like this should not be in a shop. I am so horrified by this I would warn anyone not to take their dogs here!!

Great and attentive service. No question too silly. A very good range of well-priced items for our fur babies. Our little one bought a new bed and loves it. Thanks so much for the recommendation!

Love, love, love these guys. My dog Frida is a cavalier king charles spaniel and can be quite timid and shy. She hates the hairdryer and has come away from other groomers scared and shaking. Whenever I pick her up from Pets of Elwood, she looks gorgeous and is very relaxed and happy. Great price, lovely staff and an excellent service.

I've brought my dog here 3 times. The first 2 times were fine;on the third time coming in he started shaking and was reluctant to go in. I took it that he just  didn't like being groomed. When I picked him up he peed straight away on the floor and then drank his whole water bowl when he got home. He also had a cut on his chest and his nails hadn't been trimmed. I went back to get his nails trimmed and complained that he had been cut and seemed to have no access to water while he was there I was told someone would ring me back. I didn't want to post a bad review about a small owned business so I approached them personally to give my feedback but no one called to explain what had happened or to reassure me that it wouldn't happen again.

Love the team at Pets of Elwood. Bonnie & Shawn are always so helpful. Marley has a regular four week booking for grooming now and they are all so helpful around his allergy needs with his paws and dietary limits with no treats. So grateful for the attention to detail.

Bought a few things here - quite a large range in quite a small store-front. Bonnie and Shawn are quite knowledgeable on all the various accessories, especially the large dog beds.  the grooming has been great, and my dog seems very relaxed when she comes to visit, and comes home smelling clean and sparkling, and nails nicely trimmed.

Actually, their grooming skill is great and no complains at all. Sadly, a male staff at reception was not nice at all. No friendly, never smile,  no appreciation to customers ,  no good customer service and seemed like he didnt even want to talk to us. we've been there couple of times since we lived near by and never feeling happy after we left shop. If you are looking for pretty and great grooming for your loved one, i'd say here is good place. But if you are counting on a good customer service, this place will never be the one for you.
