We had a really good experience with Pets in Peace. They came out quickly to pick up our dog. The man who came was nice.  I spoke to someone on the phone twice and both times they were lovely. We got our dogs ashes back quicker than I expected. The other man who dropped the ashes home was lovely also. Our cabinet we picked looks great. We got paw print and fur clipping. We were SO happy to see the fur clipping got both of our boys colours. Something we didn’t even think to ask for but were so happy to see. Made us smile. They separated his ashes into two containers for us. I was very happy with the service they provided and will definitely use again when the time comes.

We unexpectedly lost our beautiful bird, Norman last weekend. Our vet suggested Pets in Peace and I'm so happy we decided to use their services. We were notified as soon as he was collected from the vet. Through the whole process they have been so caring and shown us so much empathy. George brought him to us today and I was so impressed with his kindness. Pets in peace have really gone above and beyond for our sweet boy. Highly recommended

Pets in peace have gone above and beyond to take care of my beloved friend. The service has been absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been done any better, to start our beloved pooch was taken from us on Christmas Day even then pets and peace were there to take care of Ziggy. Contact through the whole process has been loving and gentle while taking care of anything I had to ask. We also had a final goodbye viewing which was done in such a beautiful manner I would actually recommend it to others. To sum it up Pets In Peace provide such a lovely thought out service with zero faults. 5/5 10/10 100/100

At the weekend I lost my beautiful dog of 16 years. From the moment I called Pets in Peace I was treated with compassion & care. The communication every step of the way was so appreciated. Today I received my dogs ashes delivered to me. Everything was beautifully  presented, with a Cremation Certificate & a lovely candle. Emily who delivered my pet was an absolutely gentle compassionate & understanding soul. Thank you so much for service.

The day we lost our little pug was honestly one of the worst days of my life. My husband and I have been distraught since our 13 year old puggy left us. We were desperate for him to be treated with kindness and dignity in his final journey. And that’s exactly what has happened thanks to Pets In Peace, especially Kylie. Bob was everything to us. We ordered quite a lot to remember him by and so we wanted to make sure it was all correct. His ashes arrived in a beautiful cabinet with his photo, fur clipping and paw print just a week after his passing. All the other bits and pieces we ordered arrived well within the 6 weeks predicted, just 3 weeks after he left us. Everyone that we have spoken to has been amazing, even as I unravelled infront of them. We cannot thank you enough for making sure this final part of our relationship went so smoothly Our hearts can heal now knowing we gave him the very best we could in life and in death. Thank you for allowing us that peace.

I can honestly say I don’t write a bad review, only good ones because I was taught “if you haven’t got anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all” But I feel I need to inform people going through a very sad time  that Pets in Peace are INCOMPETENT!!! My beloved dog was sent there and 10 days later when the family hadn’t heard anything an individual rang and were told the bill hadn’t been paid, so the individual paid again even though the bill had been paid as soon as it was received. I rang on Friday to confirm opening hours on Saturday as I work 9-5 weekdays and was informed they were open from 9-5 Saturday, I said I will be picking my pet up at 9.30 am, when I arrived I was in the reception for an hour while they searched for my Boy only to be told he was In the delivery van to be delivered to Coomera vet during the week!!! It took me an hour to get back home and then another 45 minutes to get to Palm Beach where he was in a van. I feel sick to my stomach!! INCOMPETENT!!!! I will be advising friends, family and anyone that asks for a recommendation NOT to use Pets in Peace!!

We took Pets in Peace services already two times. Two of my daughter's pet rats passed within a month time and both experiences were great if we can say this word for losses. We asked to return the rats own blankets which they were covered during the transport and we got them back cleaned and good care. My daughter asked for a beautiful necklace medal with some of the ashes in for the first occasion Remy, the nice lady we talked about the second case even offered to either put some of Gusteu's ashes into the medal or provide a little bag with fine ashes to do it ourselves. We ended up the second option as my daughter did not want to miss her medal even for a day Delivery guys were absolutely polite and called us before arriving. The packages we received were over our expectations and ccomplement the memory of our beloved little ones. It's strange to recommend a funeral company but definitely will go with them again. I highly recommend Pets In Peace. From the first phone call they were very caring and compassionate about my fury baby Miss Bonnie. When it was time to bring her home , they specially came out to bring her ashes . I have Bonnies special  paw print, piece of her fur, and a beaufiful timber box for her ashes. It made the grieving and saddness easier.  Thankyou Pets in Peace.

I have used Pets in Peace 5 times now for cremation of my beloved pets. While I don't doubt they are treated respectfully,the first 4 times I had nothing but praise, my most recent experience however has left me reconsidering my options. I had one request so all my certificates and paw prints were the same as I frame them and display them. I received an email confirmation that my request would be done and yet when the ashes were returned it had not been. It was done, but not as requested and confirmed it would be. I could cope with the process being done at a different location to my first 4, I could cope with the death date being incorrect as this was redone and resent, but you can't uncremate him to fix the agreed and confirmed upon specifics that didn't happen. If I had to have a preference, I would 100% use the Ipswich office.

I want to share my exp with pets in peace. I want to leave 5 starts because we got what we paid for. BUT. After losing our girl we contacted pets in peace. Placed our order, paid and waited for the return of our girl. Alot of things happened that don't need to be mentioned that almost put a bad taste in my mouth and after reading some reviews i was able to sympathise with the people that left 1 star..  You guys control the animals that are a part of our families after they depart. U need to make the customer a priority. I did not at all feel like a priority and although I got my girl back. I will not use pip again due to the lack of trust.. for 3 weeks I wondered where she was and when she would return but after chasing our order over and over. Never getting calls back. We finally picked her up today and she came home as described by pets in peace. Thank you guys I appreciate what u did but I did not feel u had my or my girls best interest at heart and for lthis reason is why I left this review.  Thank u Mel... tempy was my puppy.
