Wonthaggi store, dog wash issues, twice this has happened where owners wash long coated dogs and get 2nd token and fluff dry with air sending fur everywhere and leave the booth unusable, dog owner asked for a vacume as they could see booth was unusable, i advised staff that I would like it cleaned to be only to be told it would get done at end of day, hygene not up to standard, did not want to be breathing in floating hair, get covered with loose fur and as asthmatic it was an issue. Staff would not assist to ensure station was usable, went elsewhere, very poor attitude to hygiene, went elsewhere
Great variety and quality of stock. Picked up exactly what I came for and was tempted to buy an extra too. Lots of wagging tails when I got home. I see that other reviewers also found it hard to find a helpful staff member.
Great range , bit out of the way though.
Sooo pricey but the friendly customer service makes the shipping experience more positive. They are a bit LOW on stock ATM. Love how the membership program works though. Saves on money if you join up!
We used the dog wash. Clean and effective bath and warm friendly service.
