I want to say a great Thank you to Katrina, Sam and the whole Petraveller team for the amazing care and service provided when Shay our beloved dog made his big move to USA from Melbourne. From the initial enquiry, I felt as though the care of our dog was the main priority, and since the preparations began for Shay's move, there was frequent communication, information provided and so many opportunities to ask any questions I had. Once he left to start his journey, we had many updates, photos and even a video. He arrived, happy and healthy and we couldn't be happier or more grateful. Thank you to the whole team at Petraveller for the safe arrival of our dog. You have been exceptional the whole way through!
I want to say a big Thank you to Katrina and Sam and the whole Petraveller team ! We recently moved from Sydney to Toronto Canada. Petraveller helps us relocate our black lab Touke. Katrina helped us through out the whole process she was very helpful and friendly to talk too. Her communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. From when Touke was collected Katrina and Sam were wonderful keeping us updated on his journey. They made me feel very reassured that Touke was safe and in great hands. He arrived very happy and healthy. Petraveller went above and beyond my expectations . I highly recommend them for relocating your pet.
We recently used Petraveller to transport our Maltese/Pomeranian, Sonny from Australia to Toronto. We were very nervous about his travel as it’s such a long way 3 flights over 4 days but we were constantly kept in the loop with pictures, videos and emails so we that we knew exactly where he was and how he was going. Leading up to his journey we worked with Kylie who organized everything for his travel and answered all of the questions that we had to set our mind at ease. He arrived in Toronto in amazing spirits which was such a relief. I would highly recommend Petraveller!!
We're recently moved to Thailand on early November. Petraveller was helping us to relocation our two dogs from Sydney to Bangkok . Thank you for your great services it was huge relief for us to see them arrived in BKK safe and sound. No stress no sickness but happy face show up. I can tell they has been well prepared and look after. For us your work and your team performance it's Definitely 10/10. I highly recommend to anyone who want to relocation your beloved pet.
Our Dachshund recently arrived in London from Melbourne in great shape, physically and mentally. The whole experience with Petraveller was fantastic - professional, friendly, calm. The special crate worked very well. Our dog continues to use it and clearly regards it as a space he enjoys. I cannot overstate how reassuring it was to receive the regular photos and updates at all the significant stages of his journey. From the point of collection in Melbourne, right up to the people who collected Buddy from his final flight and delivered him to our front door in London, everyone was lovely and inspired nothing but confidence. I am so very glad and relieved we found Petraveller and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to another dog owner.

Katrina our pet travel advisor was really lovely and helpful, and always had a calm and reassuring answer to the many anxieties & questions we had about our cat Isla’s upcoming trip from Sydney to London. When the travel date arrived, the process went smoothly and we absolutely loved the regular photo/video updates! We would have no hesitation in recommending Petraveller to anyone looking to relocate their little loved ones and want to thank them again for their care & attention, we really appreciated it!
A sincere and heartfelt 'thank you' to Katrina, Sam and the whole team at Petraveller for their assistance in re-locating my 3 pets from Australia to the UK. From the very first communication I had complete faith in the Petraveller team and the whole process was as seamless and as stress free as possible. One of my babies is a senior cat with a medical issue, so there were added concerns but Petraveller advised and reassured at every stage. All three one dog and two cats arrived in good healthy and spirits and are settling in beautifully. I truly believe what they do is more than a job to the Petraveller team and the difference shows!
We recently used Petraveller for moving our 12 year old Blue Heeler from Australia to Thailand. Fantastic service and constant interaction with us throughout the process and journey. I contacted "every other pet travel company" and Petraveller were up front with all origin and destination charges so we had no surprises when arriving into Bangkok. Our little girl was looked after and in great condition and happy when she arrived into Bangkok. We used Petraveller to bring our pet cat from Australia to the Netherlands recently. We are very satisfied and impressed by their commitment, care and dedication to looking after our cat. Petraveller were also amazing at organizing all the necessary paperwork on time, arranging for pet care in Dubai during the layover, and providing regular updates as much as possible during travel. They went beyond their duty to put us in touch with a Dutch company that could take care of customs at the Amsterdam airport. Highly recommend Petraveller!
Highly recommend! Lenny and the team at Petraveller went above and beyond to get our two precious cats transported from Perth to Christchurch. There were a couple of hurdles along the way thanks to a global pandemic but the team at Petraveller reassured us they would get our four legged friends home no matter what it took. And they did exactly that! From the convenience of the door to door service and making sure our cats were fed a specific diet along with regular updates, our minds were put at ease. Petraveller would be our first point of call if we ever had to move our pets in the future. Thank you.
