Great convenience store, ALL the American drinks, chips and lollies. Huge range of smoking parafenalia, and awesome staff
So very dodgy in so many ways I don't even know where to begin. Maybe with the sale of tobacco/nicotine products to children in school uniform. Tax evasion with cash sales discounted. And on it goes, all thrown in with a grunt if you're lucky. Better prices at the store on Vulture St and they also speak nicely to their customers rather than ignoring them while taking their cash Go elsewhere.
Customer service is very poor, the guy there doesn't even try to help customers and he is super rude. When I went there he has talking to a girl I guess his gf or partner, didn't even care that there were customers waiting to buy stuff. I asked for a shisha hose and he said he had none, even though there were several available. Do not recommend, there is a much better tobacconist right next door
Got a brand new Iget bar, and it was dead straight out of the box. Selling old and dodgy products.
after a long string of faulty vapes i finally decided to take one back and ask for an exchange, as, due to no fault of my own, the battery was faulty. demonstrated this to the cashier and was told it was somehow my own fault and refused to exchange the product. given the fact i spent $170 on vapes the last time i was in store, it's pretty disappointing that 4/5 of them were in some way dysfunctional. i've been warned of the different conditions that can cause them to fault e.g. not waiting after opening, exposing product to direct sunlight, etc. and have taken extra precautions since but to be given a product that was broken from the beginning and then to be rudely dismissed was upsetting to say the least. employees have no remorse robbing you blind because they know they can get away with it since the product is unregulated. it's a scam and i won't be buying from here any more.
They don’t ask for ID so sell to a lot of teens. Only care about their profits - not our children. People like that don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to give at least 1 to post my review. Do not support this business! 0 stars
Infidels drink!!! If it wasn't for me waiting for them to open I'd give them 6 stars
