Great vet at peto helped me with my cat friend and a product i needed to clean her teeth. nice staff there too and love meeting the dogs that come in with their humans

Today I was really blown away by the customer service. I wish I asked for her name but things were a bit hectic. I was carrying my baby on my hip in a rush to pick up food for my doggo. I ended up having my hands very full and did feel a bit flustered. A staff member serving the counter saw me coming and rushed over to take my items. She then offered to carry them to my car for me which I was so appreciative of. This is not an isolated experience that I have had at this store. Every time I have visited the staff here have been lovely, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
I’ve been coming to PetO for years as a local, the staff are so friendly. My cattledog is a senior, he loves to have a DIY dog wash here however very hard to get in and out. He fell when getting out this week. I’ve asked if they could speak to management to have a portable ramp multiple times especially the past 2 years with my dog now 16 the ramps are not expensive and can even buy on ebay. Think wheelchair access guys! I’ll happily change to 5 stars if you can please get a ramp for your dog wash it will make a the world of difference
Really great customer service by Allie. It was massive and inventory and supplies and the staff in Gen were very professional and helpful. Wonderful customer service. highly recommend in getting Pet supplies from this location.
