I love their products but was disappointed when they discontinued the vanilla almond connoisseur. Upon asking their customer care team, I got a quick response so all is good.

Our business swapped from your competition and have not looked back our rep in Sydney Jessica is absolutely amazing she always goes out of her way to help us. I hope the company looks after her. Great products also but you need more lower end entry ice-creams for the kids.

Great,  if you like eating choking hazards like bits of factory worker's glove. Avoid all their products at all costs, I complained about a big chunk of rubber glove found in their product and they offered a $10 replacement voucher....as if I'll buy their stuff again. Pathetic.

Purchased their mini drumsticks, theyre nuce, but their quality control isn't great. Recently tried their Mesina Choc Hazelnut Bar was okay, but a bit too sweet for my taste, there were no quality control issues with the pack I purchased.
