What a pathetic company these people are. Horrendous. Not that they give a shit. I bought the Connoisseur Sicilian Blood Orange 4-pack. This is a favourite of mine for years, but now they have added a blood orange swirl, which overkills the flavour. WHY they are doing this is to save money. Yes 'ice cream'. I put that in quote because they are adding crap ingredients in their 'ice cream' that it cannot be called ice cream anymore. This is why on the label it is called 'frozen desert'. So, don't be fooled. If the label says 'frozen desert', it is not ice cream.nnI watched a video about ice cream in Australia, and who makes real ice cream. Only Bulla makes real ice cream in Oceania.nnI wrote to Peters about this. They responded thanks, and that's it. Not even a voucher to get something else. Whatever I get, it will not be Peters or any of their other brands, especially Connoisseur. This is not ice cream.nnI can get into more detail, but you get the point. They just use filler, not 'ice cream'. Now you know.
Has anyone noticed that peters light and creamy icecream ALTHOUGH IT DOESN'T SAY ICECREAM ON IT.Is now only 1.8lt.They just keep ripping us all off by making everything smaller. Why not write NEW SIZE on it so we can make a decision on whether to buy it or not.
Don't be fooled people. This is not ice cream. They call it ICE CONFECTIONARY.. it's a chemical cocktail designed to never melt. Leave it out for 24hrs and I doesn't melt. It just looks like mashed potato.
Just bought some drumsticks at half price...Glad it wasn't full price
