Poor customer service in their service department.  Consistently fail to update on ongoing issues. They use non-genuine parts on Jeep services and then blame the customer for not specifying MOPAR replacement parts. Don't bother with these people and get your service done elsewhere.

Peter Stevens Ballarat  arebecoming more efficient every visit. Currently under building renovation but can still accommodate my servicing needs.

had my hyundai veloster turbo there many times for same problem with nothing ever fixed very hard to deal with ended up selling the car and buying another brand  of car that was my fifth hyundai will never buy another
