A premium store in Sloane Square just a few minutes from the station. Peter Jones is part of the John Lewis group of stores and similar in layout to John Lewis. There is a restaurant on level 6 along with toilets. There was also a live 3 piece band playing when I visited.
The best customer service in London! The staffs are SO polite, efficient! I’ve been going there for many years, shopping, exchange products, at the coffee shop upstairs, all the staffs are attentive. I only wished we had more retailers such as that on the high street!!!
Always nice to visit, especially at Christmas time! Wide range of home products, man/women/kids fashion, cosmetics, technology. Quality products and the best brands!
Shopped at Clarins within Peter Jones. The service was amazing. The lady who served me was super helpful, i think her name was Rui. She was very kind and made it extremely pleasant.
Stopped at the Restaurant on the 6th floor for some cake and tea and catch up by a window view table. Good service though not usually the quickest but great reward too from the JL/ Waitrose card. There’s great access to the toilets/ baby changing room and the charging point is on this floor too so your phone can charge while you dine. There’s a wide selection of cakes and hot or cold drinks to choose from and they also offer a light or main lunch.
One of my favourite shop places in Chelsea, it has everything that you need. Beautiful shop windows display I love the Christmas decorations, great furniture, home, personal, gifts selection of goods; top floor restaurant with amazing views. In one word you breath "British Tradition" when you enter this shop. I hope that it will be there for many years to come.
Update: Still excellent and absolutely enjoyable. The seasonal items and events are always neatly up to date. What an excellent department store with friendly staff and modest range of products. Sometimes you just need to see what you are buying and see the entire collection from different brands. We are giving 5 stars because it is an enjoyable experience to look around!
Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. We went to look at sofas in a box. The lady that was helping us was brilliant. It was no trouble for her to show us how sofa converts to a bed and back. We left with colour swatches and how to use the website to see the sofa in our own lounge.
I love going there to shop. Staff always polite and helpful, especially in haberdashery. However the staff in the coffeeshop on the first floor needs to be taught politeness, better and cheerful service, as they are unwelcoming and rude. I am only writing this after 3 visits and have observed their attitude towards other customers also, which left a lot to be desired.
Great selection of everything… great view of city from roof cafe … especially good in the dark looking at all the lights
