We were tenants of a property managed by Peter Grande Real Estate and were rented a dirty, structurally unsafe property. Peter Grande is extremely aggressive and we finally had to get a lawyer involved to get us out of the property. We were paid a settlement to keep it away from VCAT. It's a shame that this had to come out of the home owners pocket, not Peter Grande Real Estate who were the ones who should have been held financially responsible. Both landlords and tenants should avoid this real estate agency at all costs. Please read through the good reviews and note the similarities between them, I don't believe them to be genuine reviews.

We rented an apartment through Peter a couple of years ago.  He was polite and knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, making suggestions of suitable properties.  During the time of the lease he was available to sort problems and offer advice.  Would recommend to others looking for rental accommodation.

I have known Peter Grande since 2009. My wife and I rented a house that was listed by him in Ascot Vale, and then subsequently listed and leased our unit through him. Since our first interaction in 2009 I have found Peter to be professional and attentive. 

We have had a long term tenant, with property reports professional and timely. In 2014 following our successful dealings with Peter, we encouraged other unit owners to move the body corporate to Vic Owner’s Corporation. 

To this day Peter still manages this, in a professional manner. Highly recommended for a professional, boutique management approach.

I have been a client of Peter Grande since the 1990s. My long association with Peter has provided me with stability and excellent management that is both proactive and effective. Over the years, I have found that Peter is not afraid to make difficult decisions that are fair to both tenants and owners. I would not want to have someone who is a pushover looking after my interests, and Peter is certainly not a pushover by any means. I also know that he has the gumption to tell me to lift my game when required. I will continue to work with Peter and his competent associates at Peter Grande Real Estate for a very long time to come. They have my vote of confidence.

My wife and I have three properties in Melbourne that Peter has managed for us since 2008. He's always found good long-term tenants for us. The property inspection reports we get from Peter include high-quality photos, which provide us a visual understanding of the condition of the property. Which is useful because we are sometimes overseas or interstate. Our tenants have in past asked for improvements and repairs to things like flyscreens, dishwasher, gardening, alarm systems, and Peter has always ensured that whatever our tenants needed was attended to promptly. I'm surprised that there have been some negative reviews of Peter's company on Google, but they look like they're anonymous reviews from overseas, and seem to have been posted within a short time of each other.
