Did not disappoint! Kids had the steak and mushroom pie and sausage roll. Both were devoured. The pie was beautifully chunky with mushrooms and a perfect golden crust. The sausage roll was juicy and meaty.nnI had a turkey and salad sandwich. Vegetables was fresh and crunchy, turkey was sliced nicely. The roll was super fresh and tasty.nnMy coffee was excellent. The kids cookies were just the right size.nnOnly one small suggestion- more spaces for dine in nnWe will definitely be back.
I’m giving 4 ’s because I have been coming here for 4 months get the same thing salad roll, always great.nThis morning same deal all salad spin leaves no lettuce.nnI get both green stuff no beetroot and 1 ring onion. In a hurry so didn’t go back.
Bought a roast beef and onion roll today…nGot to the park to eat it down the road and 2/3 of it was gristle….. Surely you can remove these before putting them into a roll and charging $9 for them…. Chucked the bits out on the ground hoping the birds might be interested… one lucky local dog will be happy though….
We drive an hour to work everyday , so we found this place one morning at 4.30 am and its incredible and always busy .We now leave early to call in and buy our breakfasts and BIG SALAD rolls for later in the day .nReally friendly staff and its a big place , very traditional style being able to see the busy bakers and apprentices our back working hard .Fast service and always fresh ..JUST DONT VISIT IF YOUR ON A STRICT NO TREATS DIET or if BAKERIES are not your go to place for childhood memories of comfort food . WORTH leaving home early and turning off the highway for 15 min .Thank you x
The custom cakes are amazing! I ordered a half slab for my 50th birthday 4 days before I needed it and it was absolutely delicious!!! I fully recommend the chocolate sponge - it is rich but not too rich and so fluffy!! I chose the chocolate icing and chocolate decorations and literally everyone loved it!! Fully recommend the custom cakes , and everything in the display onsite looked soooo good!! Affordable, amazing and delicious!
