I went into Petbarn yesterday afternoon with my dog who had just gotten desexed yesterday and the customer service they provided was above and beyond. I don’t remember their names but a lovely man and two ladies helped me get my dogs food while I was holding her and struggling to hold anything else, helped me put the soft collar on her, gave my dog so much love with treats and cuddles and also helped me take my items to the car. It was really appreciated. Thank you for helping me !!

Excellent service, always welcoming upon entry, and assistance is always offered, courtesy assistance given for bulky items to my car. Thank You and Merry Christmas

Everything one needs, sale on so was a bargin for a dog bed! Only 2 staff so really best if you knew what you needed

It’s a great place but when I went today I noticed a dead hermit crab in their cage and a dead beta fish in their tiny tanks that they have for them looks like it’s been in there a while

Good place to shop for most pet needs except Fish. They don't have much stock available for aquarium needs and hardly any specials for my fish.
