Now this place has everything and I mean it. From all sorts of animals and the most products for them like food, toys, dog and cat calming spray when going to vet. Allergy products, grooming products I could go on forever. It even has a cat and dog grooming room. Disabled parking and access. Plenty of parking. No toilets sorry. It is in Marshall lane, as soon as you turn into Marshall lane you will see it on the right. Lately I've seen an animal bus always outside the entrance. It must be popular for transporting well and not so well animals. They might help move passed away animals, im not sure, I'll check this week.

Good. Has everything including oupoy grooming and puppy school. Right next to the vet. I wish there was replies I could walk in and buy! I love replies!
Staff on phone and in person where so friendly and knowledgeable. Cat requires special cat food for a new life long medical condition. They put some aside for me to collect, to guarantee I had peace of mind for adequate supply.
Very knowledgeable, well-trained and helpful staff. I went in several times in the process of buying a new tank and fish. I spoke to three different people and they were all very knowledgeable and committed to what was best for the fish, even though I was noticeably unenthusiastic/lazy about following "best practice". But still they remained committed to what was best for the fish wouldn't produce extra sales...it was just about fish care at home. No doubt explains why they have a few tanks of very lovely well-cared-for fish I understand it's James who is responsible for that. Very happy with my new tank and lovely fish. They'll be my go-to shop for fish stuff from now on.
Super friendly staff, especially James in the Fish Dept. Have learnt a lot from him and he is super patient and helpful with his extensive knowledge. The grooming team are awesome too as per the smile on Chase's face
We did puppy school with Ash. Such a fantastic experience. Highly recommended. Staff are always super helpful and have great knowledge.

Special shout out to ‘Jaren’ who helped me 3 times. Even helped me carry food out to the car. Absolute legend.
