We got our long hair dachshund groomed here. We asked for a short trim and got Ruby back shave completely, apart from her head and tail. Aside from looking ridiculous, she was also shaved very unevenly. Very disappointed with the service received. Before and after photos for comparison.

My go to pet shop, amazing Christmas collection for fur babies. My baby is enjoying his new collar and toy.

The store itself is fine. Their grooming service however, is extremely unreliable.nnI have made two bookings with the groomer, each time the bookings have been cancelled. The most recent was cancelled with very short notice. There was no offer to reschedule the appointment, just a text message saying its been cancelled and I have been left to find a new booking myself.nnThis is extremely disappointing, as I expected more from Petbarn.

Great shop floor layout with easy to find products. Staff are friendly and have always been willing to price match.

Great Customer Service from male staff member yesterday. I was looking for a particular product and he walked me all the way to where the product was, rather than just pointing randomly and telling me roughly where it could be. He was also very friendly and chatty. I often come to this store as it is large and well laid out with great products.
