Petbarn Bundaberg

Friendly, helpful staff. Pets welcome in store. Dog water bowl inside entry door, but water didn't seem to be fresh. My dog was thirsty, but didn't drink from the bowl after giving it a quick sniff. Store layout is great, with a vast array of products which are easy to find in categories for many animal species.

Great aquarium supplies, I had no customer service at all, 1 staff member walked right next to me and didn't even acknowledge me. I was planning on getting fish from there but their ridiculous lines makes it impossible for me to actually stand close enough to be able to see the fish names and to be able to look at the fish properly.

Our young dog started Beginner school this week. Our instructor, Laura, was great, welcoming and full of helpful advice to guide us on our journey with our young dog. Looking forward to the coming weeks of learning and training.

Great experience, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the store has such a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Being a Petbarn Loyalty member also gives added bonuses

Petbarn has everything for every animal... but no dog food storage containers..a bit odd. Not the cheapest place to buy you pet needs but they do price match and if you are a member you get regular discounts for frequent feeders and general other discounts. The staff are always helpful. Great store.

Space to move when in wheelchair. Easy parking. Knowledgeable friendly staff

Dear Google - what can i do about other people using my email address. I did not buy anything from Petbarn at Bundaberg - just like I didn't buy anything from AliExpress. I told you all about that and you didn't reply. Seems like you are too big to care about this.

I can never find anyone to assist me in this store. They r all standing around chatting to each other. I tried a couple of times but keep getting the same result.
