Been price matching here for close to 2 years nexguard spectra was sad to find out if couldn't get my usual price match due to apparently the price being below cost so I asked can I get it for cost then sadly I could only price match a higher price match instead I will have to probably start buying them online now...
Went into this shop Saturday morning, walked in the two girls at the front counter [ 1 being the store manager ] couldn't even acknowledge us. While in the store another young guy walked past us not sure he was even awake yet. Went back to pay at front counter we must have been keeping the young learner up as she was standing there yawning. I run a business & fyi service starts by greeting your customers. Very poor. Maybe some training on customer service including the store manager.
Well stocked shop, clean and nice staff. Clean good dog wash which we used.
Lady that was at the counter helping with information about treatments was very rude, we left feeling very un welcome and unsure why she was being so rude and maybe making assumptions about us. Made us leave feeling like crap : not happy at all would not recommend in any way, have gone there for years… will never return now :
