Devastated.  This company works alongside the dreaded Petals Network in NSW which have failed to fulfil my partners order of over $100 worth of flowers for Valentine's day today. After waiting all day it wasnt until 3pm we got notification via text message that the order had been cancelled even though we had a confirmation email stating the order was sent to Petal Field at Morayfield. The florist staff were unhelpful and simply said to contact Petals on the 1800 number because they couldn't do anything. Not good enough, this happy day has been ruined.

I ordered the "My perfect love" arrangement for our 26 years wedding anniversary. To my embarrassment the arrangement is nothing like what you see in the website. It is a disgrace. The edge of the petals are already darkened, the greens are like wild grasses that they might have picked up along the way when they delivered. I will not order flowers from this group anymore.  Don't spend your hard earned money on this shop. It is not worth it!

A colleague had her baby and I phoned Petal Field at almost right on same day delivery cutoff time they'd have been within their rights to tell me I was too late to be perfectly honest! and the lady on the phone was helpful, polite and generally cheery to deal with doesnt happen much these days. Our flowers were delivered to the required hospital within an hour. Just amazing service. Thanks to your entire team.

My partner came in today had no idea he came home with a small bunch of beautiful roses. They smell amazing. Got rhe name from the wraping ;
