A great place to go, staff have a wealth of knowledge, and actually care about animals, not just there to make sales! Great work guys!
The staff are very helpful and they have an amazing amount of choice. Much better than the one in Stafford Road, also much easier for me to get to wih parking in the back Street. Will certainly be getting all my new little rescue dog 's requirements from there in future!

Will give more stars once I see more pets there. Understand atm current situation would be the issue. Got plenty of advice and knowledge about wanting to purchase a snake in the near future. They have a good range of products but their fish area is horrible especially their bettas. The poor things half dead in plastic cups and a few dead with fresh food floating at the top which means a staff member has given food to dead fish and not even bothered to look at them.
It would be a 5 star experience had there not been any dead fish in so many tanks. Great place but seeing dead pets not so fun
Staff here have always proved very helpful with the many questions I've come in with, and when I know exactly what I need they're always up for a chat. Well stocked with some good brands.
Well priced, like the personal service
