I am not sure if I have been unlucky but the service I got I way below any standard that I have faced with any company. 
When you say just a Sorry after me Calling 5 times and after 2 weeks and not giving any explanation is really disrespectful. It is already hard to deal with this situation and now I will always have the feeling that you didn't give me back my pet.
Really upset with your service.
