Fiona and the team do an amazing job at providing a friendly atmosphere with unique and specialised products. If you have any questions about your pet's diet, this is the place for you! We get all our dogs food from here and our boy loves going in to say Hi to the staff. High quality and a huge range, if you haven't already, go in and check them out.
I try to support small business so have travelled across town for three years rather than buy completer online. The shop is always clean and has a good range of offal and I occasionally need secreting organs for DIY I make from scratch. Spending upwards of $600/year and referring another customer with the same potential spend would hopefully make you feel like a valued client but sadly in my experience that's not the case. Phone calls are often not answered, not returned and left messages are not actioned resulting in time wasting follow-ups, more than once still not completed as ordered. The answering machine 'out of office hours' message is not appropriate during opening hours. Remedial training in customer service by simply answering the phone and if serving, asking if ok to hold? A can-do, customer-focused attitude would be a welcome improvement to this business.

I shop here all the time , staff are great ! Knowledgeable , friendly , they have wonderful products and always take time to give great advise and loving with my little pup . Great reviews speak for themselves so just check them out . My little Jack Russell pup is so healthy and happy and that's the best for me

Fiona is absolutely lovely, educated, empathetic and very helpful when it came to providing advice on what exact food to purchase to tailor to my cats needs and health. A pet store that is about the animals and really cares about real food and health. Will be making this my regular shop for my cats needs.
Very friendly staff who allowed to come in with my Stella and even try degustation of snack food. Of course we bought it for our training walk
