Come here often to get my bunnies' supplies. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Makes our day. Oh yea, they display cute little animals, insects..etc for Customers to see each time. Love the effort.
Amazing customer service. Went in today trying to find a harness for my mum's chihuahua, and after finding nothing small enough for her to wear, one of the staff members suggested a ferret harness. He even allowed us to try it on her in the store! It was the perfect fit too!

Spacious and good range of pet related goods
This place is amazing. If you are looking for a spider or scorpion this is the place to go. Very knowledgeable staff and amazingly helpful, as well as made the whole experience for my 10 yo one he won't ever forget. Thanks guys you are the best.
