That's crazy. I bet a robot would do a better job or someone willing to be employed and actually cares.nnThis isn't the first time. I remember someone left it on the drive way and I wouldn't have known because my neighbour notified me while I was driving in. This was 2 years ago, much improvement by a smidgen in using common sense.
Super fast postage! Order arrived 5 days earlier than expected. Which is great for me because I ran out of cat biscuits 5 days earlier than expected too nPrices are usually really competitive. Thanks so much and congrats on your super efficient team!
Been a customer for a long time. But never again. Last 2 deliveries have been very bad. Looks like they have changed to StarTrack. Last delivery was thrown over the gate. So could not even open my gate to get in. Boxes got all wet and when I tried. To pick them up. They fell apart and my pet food went everywhere. Emailed to let them know. And all they had to offer was a $10 voucher. I had over $100 of cat food that got wet and soggy in the rain. Definitely fining somewhere else.
We've been on a regular re-order but after discovering we're being charged almost $40 than a new customer, no thanks. Your loyalty tax has lost you this customer. Before you suggest I am not your customer, account is in my husband name.nHow rude.
Outstanding service. Great prices. I am now a regular customer nnPlaced an online order for a few bags of food for my conures on Saturday night just passed. I just chose standard delivery. The order was dropped off by 8am Monday morning. So not even 48 hours with standard shipping!nnAlso, the StarTrack courier just dropped it off with very unhelpful tracking info, which meant that I could not locate where it had been left. I chatted online with Petstock staff who had arranged to replace the order entirely around $100 value for me within minutes.
