I took my puppy in for a hygiene cut and specifically asked for her not to be trimmed anywhere other than her bottom. When I picked her up she was trimmed all over, I was clearly taken aback back and didn’t even receive an apology. Trimming a double coated dog can have serious implications. I’ve always loved supporting this small business but this was a particularly disappointing experience.
Absolutely brilliant, time after time since we moved into the area 4 years ago. We had older dogs, and all of them walked into Pet Art with their tails wagging and never showed a sign of fear when going there. As the human, I am of course very happy with the service from Pet Art, with the handling of bookings, calling me on pickups, and the washing and doggie hair cuts they have done for my Cocker Spaniel and for my Maltese. More importantly I know my dogs are happy to go there, so I know they get treated well, else they would let it show. Thank you Pet Art for all you have done for us. Jack, Honey and Louie
I love Pet Art! Helen is so friendly and helpful! She really put us at ease when we dropped off our dogs for their first ever groom! The dogs smell amazing now and they're so soft! They were looked after so well. The range of food there is incredible and so reasonably priced, we've found new favourites for our cats and dogs now. So happy that we found Pet Art. I highly recommend them :
Argo has a spinal growth and his feet don't track as they used to. He had a few toenails that had overgrown. Rosie clipped them and was lovely - and Argo was a good boy even though he didn't like being taken away from me. FABULOUS range of pet food, toys, accessories.
I called up to see if I could book in my new puppy and was quite sternly told that they had no availability. I had been referred quite warmly however was taken aback by the tone taken by Helen. Perhaps save yourself and your customers time and try listing on your website clearly that you only service your regular customers and that you are not taking on new customers rather than giving prospective customers a needless ear full of your stress energy.
I’ve been bringing my little Seb to pet art for just over a year now and I love it. Seb is of course perfect but does have separation anxiety, hyper extended joints and is just an all round busy dog. The staff at pet art have never commented on or complained about Seb and we are never made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. They also do a wonderful job of Sebs haircut and they always do what we ask for. Seb looks GREAT! Really recommend this place and I think they are worth every cent we pay.
We have gone here for three years! Exceptional service and great groom. However on our last visit, our little fella got in a little accident with the groomer. They accidentally cut the bottom of one of his paw pads. Helen called us the next day to check up on him, apologised and also picked up our veterinary costs. Super nice of her and goes to show that she does care about our little furball. Unfortunately, despite the great service over the past three years, we won’t be able to continue to take Bailey there because he refuses to enter the store now. Accidents happen and who are we to throw stones? We don’t groom him at home for a reason, it’s a lot of work! So we can’t say they are horrible when over three years they have only had one accident.
Always a pleasure to deal with, friendly staff, and Bear always enjoys himself. He actually gets super excited to go inside! And he always gets the style we ask for, so we couldn't be happier.
Pet Art do such an amazing job! I have been taking my Irish Setter to Pet Art for a few years now. He had a full groom yesterday and I simply cannot get over what a good job the crew at Pet Art has done. There is such incredible attention to detail and high standard of work. Although my dog does not like the grooming process and he is pretty wilful, he is always really happy after a visit here and the friendly team are always very accommodating. Thank you!!!
They helped me with the head-halter and the jacket. Very helpful and welcoming. I have returned for many times to buy a leash and treats.
