Contacted Danny just after Christmas as we were lifting tiles on floorboards to clear it up for floor sanding and polishing. We found a plank completely eaten away by termites still active and found an unrelated hole that had simply been tiled over. Danny got back to me quickly and came out for a quote as soon as he could a Saturday. He came back the next Monday New Years Eve, repaired both issues and offered advice about our restoration. Really happy with his work, his cheery demeanor, and the rapid turnaround.
Danny has installed Stair Treads in April 2015 to my property . Since August 2016,dry wood power is falling down from one thread and Screw to this thread has loosened and fallen off. Building Inspector recorded few holes on this thread and recommended that Borer should be growing in sapwood. This is possibly due to semi treated sapwood in Marri .Thread is compromised . Danny is playing mind games advising us that it is not convinced with this and He has still not done anything to fix to this.
