My wife had her 20 week anatomy scan for our baby today.nAudrey the sonographer was lovely. Polite, efficient and competent. She translated what she was seeing very nicely for us too. Very professional in her manner towards us and showed us how baby was plotting on the growth charts at the end as well.nThank you.
UPDATE - still waiting for a reply to the email you requested. Now there's a hold up on getting ultrasound results for the same injury....nXray service was quick but the instructions on Request form were not recorded or followed, so we can't get the result in a timely manner. Not ideal for a potential fractured ankle.nnI have emailed you but no-one has replied. I would very much like to discuss this issue, as I am still unable to get the Xray report, despite the referring doctor writing explicit instructions on the Request form to send the report directly to the patient.
I had an appointment for an ultrasound recently, I’ve never had an ultrasound before & it was also a slightly worrying area that needed to be screened, so I was a little nervous.nThe receptionist that signed me in was absolutely lovely & as soon as we started speaking I was already feeling more at ease.nSign in was fast, and I was directed to another waiting area quite quickly. I would have only been waiting for 5 minutes before the ultrasound technician called me through and got me set up. She was also extremely lovely & made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling so at ease! The whole appointment was a breeze.nnResults were sent back to my GP within 2 days, having them back so quickly was great. I’d definitely recommend this clinic.
Outstanding service from the moment I walked in the door, till the time I walked out again. Booked for an Xray and ultrasound: I was welcomed professionally by the reception staff, processed efficiently and politely, and waited only a few minutes before going through. Immaging staff were awesome, great bedside manner and really great to deal with. A thoroughly positive experience all round. Well done.
had a procedure which involved getting a local into a joint first .. I reacted to its painfulness and was met with the tcomment /attitude that I’m only starting, if that’s the way you’re going to react we probably won’t be able to proceed ..nI was caught off guard as indeed it was painful..the bruise after would attest to this ,nMy two main complaints though are that he then continued with the injection which was into my joint after only a very short amount of time, which I feel did Not allow for the initial anaesthetic to have activated. It truly felt from the outside of my skin that it was very painful and was literally exrutiating going into my joint ..nI expected it to be painful but this was next level.nMy next issue was the Dr? Person performing the procedure, said not one word to me that was compassionate or caring . I was clearly distressed silently crying and trying to breath through it .. his only words to me were to look at the screen ..? I’m not sure why ?nI was still crying when coming off the table and he said nothing.nThe two women who were supporting him ere kind to me , and stated I’d been brave as it is a painful procedure .nI’m confident the anaesthetic had not had adequate time to take effect . Personally I think it was barbaric. I’ve thought long and hard about writing this review and I write it in the hope of your looking for a similar procedure , I would go somewhere with good reviews…
