Really sketchy I've been here 2 times frist times I waited 1 hour and 30 mins past booking time my second time 30 mins past booking time it felt really unprofessional during the scan no instructions, there were pictures on the machine about holding your breath when I asked the attend about it , its like allgood it's already over I was like ummm ok
Such a horrible place, no respect, no manners. I don’t know how can they hire people like that. The appointment was at 8.45 and my mom had to drink lots of water. We have been waiting there until 9:00 and when I asked the front desk lady I think her name was Karren and blond she shout at me twice and told me they will take my mom shortly and the appointment was not at 8.45 it was at 9:00. And still we were there until 9:10 and when the sonographer took us in she said lots of people were sick and they had to change my mom’s appt with her at 9:00. That rude Karren could’ve tell us that instead of lying and shouting . If she is not in a good mood or something like that, she better stay at home and chill. Or she can go home and start shouting at her family or somewhere like that. And the owner or the manager should spend more time on hiring people, it is really important.
I attended Morley PRC today and was very pleased with the way I was attended to from the front desk to having my ultrasound. Troy who did the ultrasound was courteous, informative, considerate, very professional and very helpful. I would recommend them.
They were very fast, friendly and efficient, I didn't have to wait long at all. Extremely happy to come here again.
Was at the clinic Thursday 25th August,and was fitted in as an emergency patient for a scan.I was in tremendous pain kidney stone.The staff were very busy,but I was treated very kindly,and with concern for my extended stay,while in agony,thankfully in a private area, while liaising with ambulance and medical alternatives,and wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU to all the kind staff,on duty that day.
Very good service! I was called into my appointment exactly on time and did not have to wait long. The radiologist I met was very professional and thorough with the scans. The radiologist student from Curtin University was also very professional and did not make me worry at all. Good job to her All together, great service, great people and would definitely go back if needed.
I can’t believe how terrible the service at perth radiological centre is. I’ve lodged a online application for a booking- no email or call. Then called numerous times waiting ridiculously long over the phone, being told not every centre scans 4 month old babies and also they don’t have any appointments for a while then being told I can be put on a wait list for a cancellation. 1 and a half months later no call, after seeing my gp yesterday and being told I can attend any other provider that does scans I got an appointment for tomorrow at western radiology without even having to wait on the line for over 30 minutes. Terrible service and yet still the doctors handing out referrals for this company.
The bill claimed from Bupa insurance AUD 113.65 and on rejection of claim by bupa due to lock in period the payment demanded from me AUD 171.90 why the difference for same service. Account #:1123589 Tax invoice 4837048
I had been on a waiting list for a few weeks and called in to the Morley branch just to check if I was still on the waiting list and was attended to by receptionist Audrey who solved my problems and couldn't have been more helpful, obliging and courteous and I left with all the information I needed and with two appointments locked in, the sad part being is that I get one injection bulk billed and have to go private for the second one or else wait another few weeks.
Lisa, the staff who did my ultrasound scan, is so lovely and friendly - had a pleasant visit!
