Midday restaurant meals at present are just outstanding. Great variety of better-than-usual-pub-food dishes, very generous serves, well-cooked fresh vegetables. Wonderful corn-and-bacon chowder, and lot of it, and quality mains including an excellent surf-and-turf. Reasonably priced for the quantity and the quality. Very friendly and swift service, and good quality house wines.
Great little motel. Rooms aged but clean and tidy. Good amenities.nDidn't eat there, but the menu looked good.nRecommend for a stopover.nWould recommend management invest in new, bigger beds.
Room very comfortable, best Scotch Steak with Pepper Sauce see you again, guy in the corner.
It's OK, could do with a make-over. And wifi.nThe taxi service for Perth they recommended to me for the airport, very rude taxi service. Called me back after they confirmed my pickup, and said they can't take me to the airport at 4:30am.
What an awesome find!nStayed 2 nights, bathroom refurbed, clean and tidy.. bed comfortable, friendly staff who were very willing to please.. had 2 meals in restaurant.. First night salt n Pepper Calamari was cooked better than in a 5 Star and my medium rare steak was EXACTLY as ordered for a change.. Pork Belly on night 2 was ordered over the phone close to kitchen closing as we were late getting back and it was waiting still hot and very edible when I got back after 8pm.. Real Gem of a place just off the hiway…
