I’ve had one of the best customer service experiences recently. My uncle’s travel dates had changed at the last minute, & he had pre-purchased some duty-free for collection when he returned to Perth. I contacted the customer service number on the weekend and left a message.nI received a call back a couple of hours later from Kerry, on her day off. She gave me instructions on what to do to ensure that my uncle’s duty-free would be ready when he did eventually return to Perth.nBy 10 am on Monday, I received a text message from Kerry saying the changes had been made.nExceptional service! Thank you once again, Kerry.
I recently had a very pleasant experience collecting some pre-ordered items. Everything was ready and set to go with prompt and friendly service, and Kerry was especially welcoming which is great after a long flight when you're feeling dead on your feet. The main reason for my review however is because when I got home I realised I was missing one of my bags turns out I left it on the plane, so I called Perth Duty Free and left a message. They got back to me as soon as they could to let me know they'd searched the entire floor but unable to find my bag cos it was on the plane of course!. So my thanks to the lovely Kerry!
We arrived into Perth around 1am with the family, 5kids feeling pretty tired after a late flight but the wonderful team at Duty Free completely turned that around! Their friendliness, patience, and positive energy at such a late hour were incredible. They greeted us with big smiles, helped us with our purchases, and even took the time to chat with the kids, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming.nnIt’s rare to come across such genuine, outstanding customer service especially in the middle of the night! Huge thank you to the Perth Arrivals Duty Free staff for going above and beyond. You made our arrival feel easy, and full of good vibes.
