A modern train station with classical building design. The square in front of the station is spacious enough, and across the street, there is also a large square, making it an ideal location for people to meet, as well as a great spot for strolls and conversations.
Great staff and clear directories to particular platforms. Platforms are clean.
This is an incredibly clean, and well laid out station. It is so easy to get from one platform to another, and as easy to walk from here to the Underground or direct access to the mall. This made travel so much easier for a Perth first timer.
Easy access to cbd, less crowded than Elizabeth quay train station, better managed.
Its a huge station, i got confused the first time i came here, but i was able to figure things out without much of hassle.nnThis station connects to the Perth underground station and the one that runs through the Bunbury route as well.nnI usually go through the Armadale Line Now Byford Line, while i was waiting in the platform for the train, i was able to get a quick peek at the new Bunbury Line Train which was being tested.nnGreat place, it has elevators on each platform. Although the lifts in the station look old. It works fine, but it would be great if they replace them with new ones.nnEvery time i go, there is a transperth security staff, which makes me feel more safer than other stations where sometimes, you cant spot a single staff.nnThe experience of going from one platform to another is hassle free.
