Not impressed with PCH!! If you want to work in Pediatrics, you need to show kindness, compassion and empathy to little ones. Last visit to this hospital left us very upset by the way a particular nurse was talking to my child. Change career lady if kids annoy you so much!!
Great hospital with lots of thought and planning when setting this up for staff, patient and carers. Only negatives are the shocking parking charges that are run by a private company. More parking bays should have been designed as this is very frequently maxed out.
We were there twice. The first time my son was taken immediately to get checked out. The staff was great and very caring. The second time we had to go to another area the orange waiting area and the wait time was 4 hours...
Friendly, compassionate, professional, well organised staff & great facilities
What's wonderful state of the art facility for kids in Perth. With wonderful staff and a great design. If we have to take our child to hospital we are glad it's this one.
